Bosch's SX motor is one of my favorites in the lightweight category. It loves high cadence, it has a surprising amount of peak power, and it's backed by Bosch's huge service network. The Fluid VLT puts it in a fun, affordable alloy trail bike.

It's not the lightest, but it's lively and easy to ride. Great for people who want an e-bike that still feels like a mountain bike without spending a fortune.

Honestly one of the best values in the light e-bike world.

What I like
  • Bosch SX is punchy for its size
  • Affordable
  • Playful handling
What I don't
  • Alloy frame is heavier than carbon rivals
  • Smaller battery

Long-term test pending. Norco, if you'd like this one ridden and reviewed in full, let's talk.
