Slash+

A lightweight motor in a big-hit enduro bike. Weird recipe, really good result.

The Slash+ takes Trek's high-pivot enduro bike and adds the quiet TQ motor with a bigger 580 Wh battery. It's a strange combination on paper — a gentle motor on a gravity bike — but it works because you get to keep the agility and still climb back up without dying.

It's the bike for strong riders who want to ride enduro trails all day without the weight of a full-power bike.

If you want maximum push up the climbs, get a full-power bike. If you want a big bike that still feels like a bike, this is a great choice.

What I like
  • Big travel at ~21 kg
  • Quiet motor
  • Good range for a light motor
What I don't
  • Only 50 Nm on a big bike
  • Pricey

Long-term test pending. Trek, if you'd like this one ridden and reviewed in full, let's talk.
